Following Mason’s passing in March 2025, his family and community came together with a shared commitment: his dreams, values, and impact would continue.
The Mason Alexander Foundation “Forever 15” transforms remembrance into meaningful opportunities for young people. Through youth athletics, scholarships, mentorship, and community outreach, the Foundation helps young people build confidence, pursue their goals, and recognize the possibilities ahead of them. Our work is rooted in the qualities Mason demonstrated throughout his life faith, discipline, determination, kindness, and a commitment to becoming his best.

Forever 15 represents a life that continues to inspire purpose, perseverance, faith, and service. While Mason’s time here was far too short, the love he shared and the impact he made cannot be measured by years. It is a promise to carry the best of Mason forward: his determination, joy, leadership, and belief in what was possible. We honor him by opening doors for young people, encouraging them when they need support, and providing opportunities that help them pursue their dreams.
